Race Timing Services
We provide accurate timing, live results, and participant support related to timing and registration data. If you’re organizing a race, we’ll help you run the timing side professionally.
For the fastest response, include: event name, date, location, distances, estimated participants, and whether you’re using RunSignUp.
Preferred Registration: RunSignUp
RunSignUp is free for organizers and lets your organization collect funds directly (we don’t hold your money). You control pricing tiers, swag inventory, reporting, email marketing, and participant communication. We can assist with setup and are selected as the timer within your event configuration.
Using another platform? You’ll still need to provide the required participant fields (name, age/DOB, email) in an approved format so we can deliver accurate results.
Planning a Race? Organizer To-Dos
- Permits & approvals (city/parks/police/road closures)
- Course design & certification (if applicable)
- Vendors (medical, porta potties, DJ/MC, tents, food, etc.)
- Volunteers (packet pickup, course, aid, cleanup)
- Swag (shirts, medals, awards, signage)
We can share recommendations, but the organizer owns event operations.

No — we are a timing vendor. We handle timing, results, and registration data support. Event logistics are managed by the organizer.
Do we have to use RunSignUp?
RunSignUp is preferred because it keeps funds with the organizer and provides clean data + communication tools. If you use another platform, we’ll still need the required participant data fields in an approved format.
