It is official friends. I will be running my first marathon on May 1st in Lincoln Nebraska. My plan is to share and document my training experiences first hand with everyone.
Today I’m sharing my training plan, which is a first for me. Not sharing a plan, but actually having a plan. The truth is I’ve never followed a training plan or diet so this entire process has been new to me. I've included things like biking, swimming, and weight training. I'm also hoping to meet with a nutritionist to discuss my diet.
What do you folks think? Any tips or suggestions based off of your past experiences?
