Skedaddle Elite: Dan LaPlante

The Sioux Falls Skedaddle is the place to be this spring. Not only is our event first time runner friendly, we will also have a blazing fast elite field of runners. 605 Running Company and the Sioux Falls Skedaddle are proud to welcome Dan Laplante to the 2022 Sioux Falls Skedaddle Half Marathon!

2021 Maple Grove Half Marathon Champion: 1:13:24
2021 Grandma's Marathon: Finisher 2:31:27
2018 Minnesota Voyageur 50 Mile: 7:59:10

Like many of us who got a later start at running, Dan didn't compete in high school or college. However, once he found the passion it clearly stuck - he has completed over 120 marathon or ultramarathon distance races! With that type of resume, it's a privilege to welcome Dan LaPlante to our Skedaddle Elite Athlete Field. We are excited to share the city of Sioux Falls and experience the race week together.
